Keep the cake refrigerated. In case of leftovers, the cake could last up to 4 days in the refrigerator.

You may also cut it into smaller pieces and put it in the freezer. This could easily last for a month.

Refer to treatos sticker label for baked and best before dates. Keep treatos refrigerated or freeze them.

Lead time for large cakes is 5 days, while small cakes require 3 days. For urgent orders within 48 hours, please send us a message on Instagram or text us at 09688811663 (Smart/Viber). Please note that we are no longer accepting rush orders (same day pickup).

We use human-grade ingredients like pork liver (or carrots), eggs, whole wheat flour and potatoes.

Cake Policy & Refunds

• Freshly made, pet-safe ingredients (no sugar, artificial preservatives). Natural variations in color, texture, and scent may occur.
• Delivery Handling – Customers book their own delivery service (e.g., Grab, Lalamove). Pupshoppe is not responsible for handling once the cake leaves our shop.
• Storage – Keep refrigerated if not eaten immediately. Best consumed within 1-2 days.
• Spoiled Cake Claims – Must be reported within 12 hours with photos/videos. If needed, return shipping is customer’s responsibility.
• No Refunds for:
  ❌ Dog’s taste preference
  ❌ Incorrect storage after pickup/delivery
  ❌ False claims (proven upon inspection)
• Returned cakes are automatically discarded (either properly disposed of or donated to street dogs).
