Where are you located?
We are located at 2F D&B Building, France Street in Better Living, ParaƱaque. You can pin Pupshoppe on Google to view the exact location.
Do you deliver?
We currently donāt offer in-house delivery, so customers need to book their own Lalamove or Grab. Please check the delivery fee before placing an order. For Lalamove, use the pin 'PUPSHOPPE,' and for Grab, enter 'D&B Bldg, 29 France Street, Better Living Subd. ParaƱaque'
Do you accept rush order for cakes?
We recommend placing your order at least 2-4 days in advance to ensure that you'll get your preferred cake. However, we do have a selection of cakes that can be prepared for same day pickup. Message us on Instagram or Viber (09688811663) to check the available cakes for the day.
What is your mode of payment?
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, āGCash and bank transfers (BPI and Unionbank)
What is your cake made of?
The liver cake, our bestseller, is made with pork liver, whole wheat flour, eggs, potatoes and water.
What are your treatos made of?
Our ingredient list for each treato is shown in our product page.
Do you have cakes for senior dogs?
Yes. You can order our carrot cake if your dog requires less protein in their diet. Ingredients include carrots, whole wheat flour, eggs, potatoes and water.
How long does the cake last?
The cake could last for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.

Cake Policy & Refund Guidelines
Are your cakes made fresh?
Yes! Our cakes are freshly made with pet-friendly ingredients and contain no sugar or artificial preservatives. Because they are designed for dogs, they may not have the same scent or texture as human cakes.
Who is responsible for delivery handling?
Customers are responsible for booking their own delivery service (e.g., Lalamove, Grab). While we secure the cake as best as possible (e.g., using support sticks to prevent shifting), Pupshoppe is not responsible for any damage caused during transit.
We do not have control over:
- How the rider handles the package
- Whether the rider delivers the order directly or picks up other deliveries in between
- Any delays due to third-party delivery services
Once the order leaves our shop, the condition of the cake is the responsibility of the customer and the chosen delivery service.
What if I receive a spoiled cake?
If you believe your cake is spoiled, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order with clear photos/videos. We may request the cake to be returned for assessment (shipping at the customerās expense).
Can I get a refund or replacement?
A refund, replacement, or discount voucher may be offered only if the cake is confirmed spoiled upon inspection.
We do not issue refunds or replacements for the following:
- A dogās personal taste preference
- Incorrect storage after pickup/delivery
- Natural variations in color, texture, or scent
- Claims without proper proof (clear photos/videos)
- False claimsāif the cake is inspected and found to be in good condition, no refund or replacement will be given.
What happens to returned cakes?
All returned items will be automatically discarded and will not be returned to the customer. They will be disposed of responsiblyāeither properly discarded or donated to street dogs if still safe for consumption.
Can you refuse orders?
Yes. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in unreasonable, abusive, or disrespectful behavior toward our staff or business. Our priority is to provide a positive experience for all our customers.
